Duration 6 months. Value approx £200k - Works included a 5km all abilities trail through Rothiemurcus Estate within the Cairngorm National Park. This work was through a highly environmentally sensitive location therefore throughout the works my role as Project Manager required extensive liaison with SNH and SEPA. In addition active and ongoing discussion was required with the funding bodies to ensure the project met all commercial restraints. Management duties included the design and construction of a 9mtr span timber bridge plus setting up of localised quarrying to win construction materials. My role also included the formation of a Health & Safety plan for the project.
